How much is Delivery?  

Solar Lighting Direct offers a $35.00 flat-rate delivery fee* per order.

*Flat-rate delivery fee applies only to orders placed, processed and paid for through our online check-out system. 

For all custom orders or quotations organized by telephone or e-mail and paid for externally from our web site, the delivery fee will be calculated based on the number of fittings ordered and delivery address.

 

Do you ship to PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses?

No, unfortunately our Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker. If you enter a PO Box address your order will be held and we will contact you for an alternative address. The expedition of your order will remain on hold indefinitely until a street address is provided.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once we have received payment, we will do our best to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day. During busier periods, dispatch may take slightly longer but this will be made apparent on our website before you complete your purchase.

TAS / SA / WA – 5-7 Business Days

NT – 7-10 Business Days

Our delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. These dates can vary depending on your distance from our premises (24 Box Rd, Caringbah NSW 2229). We will not be held liable for delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, credit card verification processes & any other delay outside of our control.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number for the courier service your order has been placed with (please allow up to 48 hours for scans to show in their respective tracking system). As this moves through transit your parcel(s) will update with an estimated date of arrival.  

Occasionally, delays can happen, but most parcels arrive within 3 business days of the estimated date of arrival. If your order is sent in more than one parcel, please note these can get separated in transit and arrive on different days.

 

Shipping delays during holiday periods

Due to the response we receive during promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to ship your order within 48hrs. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any New South Wales (and Australian) public holidays when our warehouse is closed. SHIPPING TIMES - CHRISTMAS PERIOD

If you are located in a major Australian city (Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra, Brisbane), we recommend placing your order by December 15th to ensure it is received before Christmas to the best of our courier's ability. For shipping to WA, NT, TAS, non-metro and regional areas, we recommend ordering by the 10th of December.

Shipping estimates are based on dates provided to us by shipping couriers, however, delivery time frames can be impacted by volume and delivery location. We are not responsible for parcels that are not delivered before Christmas.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Orders placed through our website can only be shipped to Australian addresses.
